About TRACE

I bring 26 years of professional experience with Ernst & Young to TRACE Remote Admin.

After spending my career working in a professional, international environment, supporting teams, coordinating information and working across projects and operational teams, I've taken that experience and created TRACE to provide practical administrative help to sole traders and small businesses.

My career at Ernst & Young involved working with sensitive and confidential information every day, where accuracy, discretion and information security were essential. I was trained to handle information appropriately and worked within strict professional and confidentiality requirements throughout my 26 years there.

I've worked across teams and projects, coordinating information between different areas of the business, identifying issues and ensuring teams and operational areas had the information and support needed to move changes forward successfully.

I've also gained experience in financial services, administration, research, document preparation and working with business systems and information.

Confidentiality: I treat everything you share with me as confidential. Your information is used only for the work we agree, kept on password-protected devices, and deleted when the job is finished unless you ask me to keep it.

What I can help with

Practical administrative, clerical, research and project support.

Project Admin Support

I bring 26 years' experience coordinating global projects and tracking global deployment schedules, working closely with business leads, governance teams and service delivery to make sure Global, EMEIA and APAC rollouts deployed successfully with no issues. What clients say

“TRACE carried out research for my business, then set up and updated my business page with photos and added The Hatters Platter to local area business pages. She also helped with a small amount of advertising, and it brought in a couple of new customers. I don’t have the time for the online side of things, so having it done properly was a real help.”
